Bad News For Manchester City Despite Beating Manchester United At Old Trafford - See Details

Manchester City took the driving seat on the Premier League table as they displace Liverpool form the top spot after their 2-0 win over their City rivals Manchester United at the Old Trafford. Despite the fact that Cityzens fans should be in a celebratory mood but this joy has been cut short after the news concerning one of their most important players who got injured in the game.

Manchester City midfielder Fernandinho is unsure of the severity of his knee injury as he prepares to undergo a scan on Thursday. The midfielder is set to have a scan on the injury he suffered in the derby win over United. The Brazil international, 33, came off in the second half of City’s 2-0 derby win over Manchester United that returned them to the top of the Premier League table.

Already without the injured Kevin De Bruyne, City could now lose Fernandinho with four games remaining in their season. Fernandinho said he would have to wait for the results of a scan to know the severity of the injury scare. The last time the former Shakhtar Donetsk and De Bruyne were missing in Guardiola’s side it was a disastrous period as they felt the presence of both players thus dropping points along the line that throw the title race open.

“We will see today [Thursday]. We are going to make the scan and we will see. I will talk to the doctor and he will make the best decision for everybody,” he said. “When I blocked the shot from Paul [Pogba] I felt my knee. It twisted a little bit. I could continue playing but I came off. That’s what it is.”

Guardiola will be hoping Fernandinho and De Bruyne will be back before their next crucial games as they hope to cement their place on the Premier League table.

City are a point clear of Liverpool with three league matches remaining, the first of which is a trip to Burnley on Sunday. After that, they’ll take on Leicester City before finishing up against Brighton to close the season.

In addition, City face an FA Cup final, where they’ll face Watford in the finale. Meanwhile, Liverpool will face Huddersfield, Newcastle and Wolves to conclude their Premier League campaign.

Do you think Manchester City will be able to cope without Kevin De Bruyne and Fernandinho in their battle to beat Liverpool to the Premier League title? Share your view on this in the comment section below 👇… Thanks

Manchester City Fan Claims Man United Can Win Premier League Ahead of City And Liverpool

Manchester City are 14 points clear of Man Utd in the Premier League table but one Blues fan believes their rivals could yet win the league ahead of them and Liverpool.
Manchester United could still win the Premier League this season, according to a Manchester City fan who claims they can cause a 'tipping point' for both City and fellow title rivals Liverpool.
United have won nine out of 10 games since Ole Gunnar Solskjaer came in to replace Jose Mourinho in December, with United now just two points off fourth spot having been 11 behind when the managerial switch was made. City and Liverpool must both visit Old Trafford during their run-ins as they compete for the title and that could prove crucial in the final reckoning. And a City fan by the name of 'Andrew' told The Sports Bar on talkSPORT that he believes United's run of form has seen them become title contenders.

Seven every day habit that can make your eyesight as clear as day

make your eyesight as clear as day. Reduce Screen Time
Smartphones, laptops, and other devices are a big part of our lives today, and while they are very useful, they’re not doing anything to protect your eyesight. Staring at the screen for extended periods of time can cause computer vision syndrome, which is marked by eye strain, blurred vision, headaches, and dry eyes. Take frequent breaks during the day by way of the 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes, look away at something else for 20 seconds that’s at least 20 feet away, to give your eyes a break from using your near vision. This is why you have tired eyes after a long work day. Quit Smoking
Tobacco is extremely toxic to the cells of the retina, a thin layer of tissue lining the back of the eye, and significantly increases the risk of developing macular degeneration, which may lead to blindness. Macular degeneration occurs when the central part of the retina (the macula) deteriorates. Stay Hydrated
